Cabbage & Potato Rösti
Ingredients:
250 g white cabbage, grated
250 g potato, peeled & grated
1 small onion (80 g), grated
2 tbsp chickpea flour or regular flour (20 g)
Salt & pepper
Olive oil or avocado oil for frying
Optional: Add 200 g shrimp (Peeled)
Method:
Squeeze excess moisture from grated cabbage, potato, and onion.
Mix with flour, salt, and pepper.
If adding shrimp add that now.
Heat oil in a pan. Form small patties and fry 3-4 mins per side until golden.
Serve with vegan yogurt or herbed tahini dip.
