Cabbage & Potato Rösti

Ingredients:

  • 250 g white cabbage, grated

  • 250 g potato, peeled & grated

  • 1 small onion (80 g), grated

  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour or regular flour (20 g)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Olive oil or avocado oil for frying

  • Optional: Add 200 g shrimp (Peeled)

Method:

  1. Squeeze excess moisture from grated cabbage, potato, and onion.

  2. Mix with flour, salt, and pepper.

  3. If adding shrimp add that now.

  4. Heat oil in a pan. Form small patties and fry 3-4 mins per side until golden.

  5. Serve with vegan yogurt or herbed tahini dip.
