Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cabbage, shredded

  • 100 g broccoli florets

  • 1 red pepper (100 g), sliced

  • 1 carrot (80 g), julienned

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger (5 g)

  • 2 tbsp tamari (30 ml)

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (5 ml)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)

  • Sesame seeds & fresh coriander to serve

  • Optional: lime wedges

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan.

  2. Add garlic and ginger — stir for 30 seconds.

  3. Add broccoli, carrot, and red pepper. Stir-fry 3-4 mins.

  4. Add cabbage and tamari. Stir-fry another 2-3 mins until wilted but still vibrant.

  5. Drizzle with sesame oil.

  6. Top with sesame seeds, coriander & squeeze of lime.
