Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
200 g cabbage, shredded
100 g broccoli florets
1 red pepper (100 g), sliced
1 carrot (80 g), julienned
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger (5 g)
2 tbsp tamari (30 ml)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil (5 ml)
1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
Sesame seeds & fresh coriander to serve
Optional: lime wedges
Method:
Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan.
Add garlic and ginger — stir for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli, carrot, and red pepper. Stir-fry 3-4 mins.
Add cabbage and tamari. Stir-fry another 2-3 mins until wilted but still vibrant.
Drizzle with sesame oil.
Top with sesame seeds, coriander & squeeze of lime.
